Sahil Vora is the Founder of SILA, an integrated platform with Real Estate services, Development and Asset Management. SILA’s Development business has a Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) focused strategy and is currently constructing Residential Real Estate of over 750,000 sq. ft.
Prior to the inception of the company, Sahil served as a Financial Analyst at George Weiss Associates, a USD 3 billion hedge fund in New York, USA.
Krishan Kapur is the Founder and Managing Director of JCK Group which has successfully developed Industrial Township projects across the country.
Prior to founding his company, Krishan spent close to a decade at Deutsche Bank as an investment banker. In addition to Inner Circle, he is also working on a first-of-its-kind resort township in Mandwa, Alibaug. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ross School of Business, Michigan.
Harsh Mehta is the Director and Managing Director of Top Notch Realty Pvt. Ltd. and High End Developers Pvt. Ltd. With a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Regents Business School, London.
Harsh founded Top Notch Realty in 2005, after gaining experience and understanding of the construction business. He entered real estate and began developing properties for private HNI clients. His plans include developing various other residential / hospitality and commercial projects.
Pinakin Patel has worked on and successfully delivered several high-end projects in Alibaug for over 25 years. He presently lives in Alibaug and has been featured in Architectural Digest and various other publications for his marquee designs in the region.
Pinakin understood the uniqueness of the surroundings and effortlessly incorporated the serenity of the island in the vision he had for Inner Circle.
